   You can’t pass canker sores by kissing or anything of the sort, but it might hurt you. If you want to get rid of it try brushing and rinsing with toothpastes and mouthwashes that do not contain SLS. Some doctors suggest putting wet black tea bags on sores. Black tea contains tannin, a substance that can relieve pain. You can also find tannin in some over-the-counter medicines. Good luck!

   An open sore continues or you get rid of the canker sore theres stuff you get over the counter for that can help you for mouth with hot salt.
