Why is my canker sore blackish grey?(image included)?

This is not to gross anyone out. I had 2 canker sores yesterday i used some stuff to make then not hurt and one went away. when i woke up this morning the one on my bottom lip is bigger and is black or grey in the center. please do not look at these pictures if you can’t handle a stuff like that. What can i do to make it look like I don’t have a fat lip?

    go to your dentist and ask them what they can do so your braces don’t cut your gums.

    you put ice on it, it might make swelling go down.

    The sores controlled the metal component of your inner lip until you need to have this cured your braces have some wax cover the sores wont go away.

    well all canker sores are is germs. brush your teeth more and it will go away.The grayish brown stuff is because of your braces,they rube on it and make it infected.
