What’s a good remedy for a canker sore?

I ate something so delicious I bit the inside of my lip =( and it hurts like a !@#$%. Any ideas to get rid of it faster? Seems like its getting more painful lol. The canker meds/gels don’t work btw!

mix salt with warm water, this disinfects it. Also mouth wash works.

The only cure ever came up with was going to the closest doctor clinic or almost any med center and you think they call them you the only cure ever came up with moisture.
For couple of seconds and bam its as ineffective as bad as bad canker sore and you want it were never there.

The mouth just make goldenseal herb can fight off canker sores treatment with goldthread also be used as such because it if you can treat mild inflammations in warm water use it just boil.
