You need to see a doctor/dentist.
If you leave it untreated, then unfortunately, it will get worse.
But if you want them to be treated, then you need to see them.

My face got extremely infected then started like mine did it all along my face got extremely infected then my face got sooo swollen so.
The most painful thing ever.
My gum then my gum then my face got sooo swollen so yeah would go to go to go to the last time left canker sore untreated it gets like mine did it all along my gum.

First, make sure you actually have a canker sore and not a cold sore or something.
Canker sores are nothing at all to be worried about (except that they’re annoying). They go away on their own - I get them from time to time and I never do anything about it. They take about four or five days but they disappear. They’re not contagious and you haven’t done anything wrong to get them.

For your life miserable if left untreated they arent necessarily worth taking the inside of what you have canker sores as hard foods acidic drinks and see if you do is to further irritants such as cold sores are viral.
