i have a canker sore on the inside of my bottom lip and it hurts like a bitch! do you know of anything i can do to help the pain go away? thank you in advance!

   Put salt either directly on it or put lots of salt in some water and swish it in your mouth
   It will hurt but it helps it heal

   My mouth with listerine constantly dunno why it does and chewed on it does and chewed on it does and chewed on it causing the area to numb up for few hours hopefully this helps and chewed on ice or cold drinks if that.
