The canker sore inside my bottom lip is flaking?

I have been under stess lately and now I have a canker sore. It would be fine except it has started to hurt really bad, I have been using Ambasol and now it is actually flaking! I think I might be allergic to it so I have stopped using it. Has this ever happened to you?

    Gargle with warm salt water in the morning a nd evening and thes will go away in a couple of days. If the sores don’t go away by the tenth day please see a entist because it may be something more serious

    no I havent but I dont think its gonnna be fatal lol…. i think it might be normal but…ask around
