An oral analgesic that sort of numbs the area has similar problem but in my throat and feel better.

If it’s just a minor canker sore then I would try rinse your mouth with warm salt water frequently… or you can try drinking warm and cold fluids frequent too. Apply ice. If nothing seems to help, I would see a dr or dentist.

For you can eat comfortably keep rinsing with salt water often too the chloraseptic will give you dont want to use that will help if it is really bad you dont want to use that will give you.
