seriously i have a really big canker sore and im worried. its really big?

on the inside of my bottom lip. i’ve had a canker sore in that spot forevrr!
i cant remember the last time i didnt have one!
it will only shrink then get big again. right now its huge.
it doesnt hurt tho. n dont give me that herpes crap.
how can i make it go away permenantly?? PLEASE!
