Know any ways to treat a canker sore?

Well I’ve had a canker sore for days now… and it really, really hurts. It’s on my bottom lip. Anyone know of any ways to make it go away quicker?

    rinse your mouth with warm water to which you have added a teaspoon of salt. do this several times a day. salt is a natural healer and disinfectant.

    Put salt on it then put ice on it.. next time you feel one coming on ice it as soon as you can. Also take some vitamin E and drink green tea.
