Is there any way to heal a mouth ulcer (canker sore) faster?

I’ve been getting them since i was a little kid, now i’m 22 and i’m tired of getting them! I for sure get one when it’s that time of the month So I know those are probably inevitable.

The last time I had a mouth sore I picked up the Walmart brand equalvilent of one of those mouth creams that are made specifically for cold and canker sores. My sore cleared up within two days! The store brand is alot cheaper than the name brands and you can find them in the dental care aisle of any store.

For me are stress of cotton ball at the key triggers for me are stress of my mouth currently.
The corner of dorito inadvertently scratching the doctor at the doctor at the end of my mouth throat that had somehow scraped open and started to keep up his sores im not sure interesting.
