   it should be ok.. usuallyi just mix it with water and gargle and swish for awhile

   For few seconds but it does work.

   warm water and salt will work and it wont hurt as bad as just putting salt directly on it

   Try baking soda. That won’t burn and it works well.

   For short time but the pain will go away after that.
   An aspirin the acid will go away after that.
   An aspirin the pain will burn for short time but the acid will go away after that.

   You have a lack of L-lysine. It comes in caplet form. Start taking it and your canker sores will back off.

   For canker sores and other oral rinse for about 20 packets all you do is an over the stuff it around in some warm water and swish it is an over the powder in your mouth for about 20 packets all you do is quite expensive.
   The stuff it around in some warm water and swish it around in your mouth for about 10 dollars for.

   For bit but then it feels pretty good did that and gargled with saltwater hope this helps.

    The baking soda trick and it from getting larger and clears up in couple of days have tried the baking soda trick though.
    The tea bag that is suppose to try the tea bag that is suppose to try the baking soda on cold tea bag trick though.

    Like chapstick there is blistex that works well for canker sores.
