I'm 12 and they are usually just spots where I bit myself. What probably caused it was that you jammed your cigarette and maybe burned a little of your lip. Maybe bacteria collected in it or you unknowingly picked at it. Even more likely, it had nothing to do with your cigarette or lack of brushing.
