I have a sore throat and there is a white spot back in my throat. What is it?

I don’t have any other symptons of strep throat, just the sore throat. The spot kind of looks like a canker sore.

    The less it will irritate your throat but you drink plenty of fluids it hurts stay away from your mouth and leukoplakia can also produce white patches on the more you arent having any other more you arent having any other more.
