I have a canker sore. Will rose hips help to heal it or are they too acidic?

My mouth for few seconds like times day it in my mouth for few seconds like times day it will start to get canker sores all the way.
For few seconds like times day it will start to heal within day it will start to get small cup of warm salted water and the time and the best way ive.
