i have 3 canker sores and a little cold sore, is this an std?

i kissed a guy 2 days before i got the canker sores and a bad fever for like 3 or 4 days, then i kissed him again and the next morning i had a small cold sore. hes an ex boyfriend and ive never gotten anything from him like that before.. and i get canker sores ALOT just not this intense? we didnt do anything past kissing FYI.

    For you to be something you already had and is your best bet is your doctor to just check with your best.
