I had a stomach virus and I then woke up with a canker sore and soreness under my jaw on the same side?

I had a stomach virus and I then woke up with a canker sore and soreness under my jaw on the same side like a swollen gland? I was curious as to what I should do? I had 2 blood tests last month for a check up and they were all good so I am assuming its just related to getting the stomach virus. Now today I woke up with a stuffy nose and my gland is slightly more tender. Just to help people I had a stomach virus with diarrhea only and I do not have herpes. Thankyou in advance.
