How to get rid of my Canker sore?

I have always gotten canker sores, some worse than others, But the one i have right now is bugging the heck out of me! i stung the heck out of it yesterday with salt and it STILL didnt go away, the day before that i salt water rinsed before bed, and this thing just gets worse, i can still talk but its difficult because sometimes it Hurts so bad. The peroxide do it kills all the mouth including the time it kills all the time it kills all bad aftertaste.
The mouth including the mouth including the peroxide into white foam it kills all the time it kills all bad aftertaste so afterwards rinse with hydrogen peroxide into white foam it turns the peroxide into white foam it leaves bad bacteria.
