How to get rid of a Canker sore on both sides of my tongue?

Listerine..it’s a little painful but worth it. Make sure to brush every night and keep your mouth clean. You may want to avoid soda pop and sugary foods, they will aggravate the pain.

For me every time if it doesnt work you may want to consult doc it could be something more serious than just canker sore.
