How long does a canker sore last without treatment in your mouth?

I have one in my mouth and it bugs really bad! When I eat if food touches it, it hurts! Grrr… stupid canker sore… I hate them!!!
Well, not really bad… Over exaggerating. :P It just really bugs me!

    Get some yogurt that has L.acidophilus in it. It will help the sore to heal much faster and hurt less. I like to use Yoplait as it seems to sooth the canker the best.
    Usually I can get them healed in just a couple of days versus a week, and I hate having them, so I try to be aggressive

    You need to get some Bi-Oral cream from your pharmacist - it will heal it practically overnight.
