How do I quickly get rid of a canker sore?

Ok, I have a canker sore that developed today and it’s all red and inflamed. I’m having breakfast tomorrow morning with a bunch of friends and I would like it gone. However, I don’t think there’s anything that can get rid of a canker sore in less than 24 hours, but is there some treatment that I can do that would alleviate the pain?

Anbesol or Campho-phynique. you cannot make it go away any faster. those will only alleviate the pain.

The sore it will dry it will dry it is an herb used for canning on the sore it is an herb used for canning on the sore it up.
