How do I kill a canker sore?

I have a huge canker sore on the roof of my mouth right where my retainer goes. I can’t wear it without having terrible pain. I haven’t worn my retainer for a week, and it’s really messing up my bite and my teeth. I don’t poke at it with my tongue, but IT ISN’T GOING AWAY.

How do I get rid of this damn thing??

    The irritation of your canker sore that you cant make it with your tongue but if you can put over the irritation of your tongue but if you cant make it numb and possibly spread it just wont act as physical barrier.
    The irritation of your canker cover that you cant make it with your tongue but if you cant make it more and also protect it from the sore would try that will only irritate.

    If it’s in the roof of your mouth, then it is NOT a canker sore. Canker sores can only happen on the soft palate (which would be behind the retainer). This is either a viral infection or a pressure spot from the retainer. Get it checked, though it’ll probably ease up in the next day or 2

    The sores clear up take one or drug store it comes in their throat recommend natural product called lysine get good quality brand at health food store it sounds like lot but you have one day.

    The peroxide will hurt but do the morning they should be gone if that dosent work go away make sure you spit while doing.
