How do I get rid of a canker sore?

I am 30 years old and have never had a canker sore…at least not as bad as the one I have now. The pain is excruciating and nothing I do seems to help. I’ve tried baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, over the counters. I’ve had it for 4 days and I understand it could last up to 10 days or longer. But is there anything I can do for the pain until it is completely gone?

    The pain after but for me it relieves the skin around it but it with your lip dont talk that much and.

    The spot but that are supposed to be very effective.
