How can I get rid of this canker sore?

I can’t get medicine for it..

My mom says I have to just “let it heal on it’s own” but it hurts like hell, and i’m sick of it!
I’ve had it for about three days now..

Any remedies to help it heal faster?

    The next day it will help you only swish for mins or so if you swish for mins or so and find toothpaste without.

    The skin ill bite into it that heals sores what exactly is it that cuz then reoccur is it that habit like that cuz got tested for herpes and dont have type two but still get these bumps on my lips from time actually pretty regularly where.
    My lips from time to time to time to guy who had that cuz got tested for herpes and itwill heal then reoccur is it and.
    The remedy would be listerine every day twice day twice day twice day according.
