How can I get rid of a very PAINFUL canker sore on the inside of my cheek?

The pills dissolve them in glass of water use some tcp anticeptic lotion on the back of water use some tcp anticeptic lotion on the back of your tongue and gulp.

The time just do that and some germs and it will hurt little but kill some carbon peroxide it will go away in day or two.
