How can I get rid of a PAINFUL canker sore?

get a regular drinking cup and fill 1/3 of it with hot water. add a tablespoon of salt and stir until it dissolves. add in cold water to lower the temperature of the water and use it to rinse our mouth. it will hurt but you will see improvements couple hours later and definitely the next day. in your case, it sounds serious when you have multiple canker sore. you can always stick with regular mouth washer.
