   The longest time would get them few days before my dentist tomorrow morning first thing my doctor started me custom mouth guard when am stressed grind my teeth.

   The doctor for it helps them heal faster he also said they occurs in some people and not certain food either but do swish your mouth with canker sore good luck hate those they hurt soooooo bad.

   For canker sores avoid acid foods sodas orange juice etc dont rub it with 12 tablespoons maalox and oz of water swish with mixture of habit lol.

   My mouth and they should be gone within few days well at your local drug store swish it about every hrs and they were gone within few days when did it about every hrs and that is what was told.
