How can I get rid of a canker sore?

I have two canker sores that will not go away!!! I’ve tried salt, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide …. what else could i do?

    These will go away on their own once your body heals them at it’s own pace. Nothing will make them go away faster. Avoiding citrus, tomato products and spicy foods will prevent future ones. And, some people get these intermittently all their life without any food association.
