Is this a canker sore?

I have a small (like tiny) clear bubble like sore on the inside of my mouth (lip) and I was wondering if it was a canker sore. I heard that if you bite your lip or wear braces you can get them, I do wear braces and the sore is right where one of braces pieces is on my tooth. I’ve had these before once or twice around the same area and i’ve only had them after I got my braces…so I think it’s most likely a canker sore but i’d like a second opinion.

I went the the doctor for a strep test and it was negative, i was on a fishing trip all weekend ( 2 days ago) and i became sick on sunday and today is tuesday. I spent all day saturday out in the sun and didn’t drink much water, alot of pop and gatorade. I also don’t have an appetite either. What is wrong with me?

I read about canker sores vs. cold sores, and I believe I have a canker sore. It’s on the inside of my bottom lip, looks white, has a bit of a dip in the middle. It’s also pretty small, maybe 3mm in diameter. It hurts really badly and my lip is puffy. What can I do about it, and how long will it last? Is there any information you could give me?
Also, it’s been there for about a day.
