I was just at the doctor because I found out I have strep. I showed him them and he said they were most likely sores from my braces. by the way i do gargle warm salt water

My little bro went to the dentist and when we came home he had a sore on his downer lip on the right and it looks really bad it really big we complained to the dentist that did it and he didnt do nothing we went to the hospital and they said it was a canker sore. I’m a little worried, and I can feel it every time I swallow, but it doesn’t “hurt”. There’s no pain, just discomfort.
I just looked at a picture of a throat, and apparently it’s on my right tonsil.

BUT, there’s no pain…does that mean I should panic or what??
