What’s the best cure for canker sores and how do you keep them from spreading?

I had a canker sore in the back of my mouth about the size of the average snap…and it left a scar. as soon as that one went away i got one the same size on my lower lip.

I’m just curious as to what the fastest way to get rid of them is…as well as the most effective way to keep them isolated?

How do you cure canker sores or pimples on the inside of the cheeks?

So I have an easily identified canker sore on the inside of my cheek. On the same cheek, I also have this wierd piece of flesh that is kind of tucked into my braces.
