the place where i get the blisters always feels warmer. it tastes different. it has a little hollow in the middle. its white and small.. a circle. it hurts but not like WOAH alot. just a little.. cant really feel it that much.. i have been getting them quite often lately and cuts on the corners of my mouth. Is it a canker sore or is there any other types of blisters that exist? canker sores=herpes? kissing?

Yes I have been seen by dr. I have been married for 3 years and have been with the same guy for 6 years. We have a 3 year old child. He gave me chlorhexdine Gluconate to use it is a mouthwash.

I am 32 and have had them since I was a kid (at least one a month it seems). I have tried all kinds of remedies but nothing prevented the sore from developing, just helped with the pain - until now!

I decided to test Listerine mouthwash. Here is what happens:

1. As soon as I get that tingly sore about to develop feeling or when I bite my lip/cheek I start using the Listerine.
2. I rinse with it every morning (at least 30 seconds) after brushing my teeth and every night before going to bed.
3. I make sure to do this until there is no indication that a sore might develop or they have all healed.

For the past few months this has prevented every single canker sore from getting to the painful stage and cuts from biting my lip/cheek do not turn into sores.

Try this and if it works for you please pass it along to others. I wish I knew about this 20 years ago.
