Food suggestions for people with canker sore?

I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions as to what I should eat… preferably soups but I’m open to all suggestions.

What should I do If I have a canker sore near a pierced lip?

I have had my lip pierced for over a year and recently I have been getting canker sores on the inside of my lip near the plate of my retainer that I have to wear for work . It’s not directly on the piercing but somewhat close.It usually occurs when I wake up and sometimes after I eat food. It doesn’t happen every day, maybe once a week or every few weeks. What am I doing wrong? Anything I can do to prevent the canker sores or should I just remove the piercing?

Canker sore caused by allergic reaction to laundry detergent?

My mom recently changed her laudry detergent and since she changed it I have been breaking out in rashes where my clothes are tighter [jeans, sleeves..]. I know that is an allergic reaction to the detergent….but I have also had a canker sore [mouth ulcer] and I am wondering if that might be caused from the reaction also. I’ve never had one before and I don’t know if it is just a coincidence or not. I’ve also been having other mouth sores. Help?

What is the fastest way to get ride of a Canker Sore on the tip of your tongue?
