What kind of specialist should we try to find, or should we just find yet another dentist and doctor and see what they say??
Funny, no she was tested for all that, and thats not it. No one knows, all they suggested was L-Lysine and that didnt work for very long.

I’ve read from tons of websites that canker sores are not from the herpes virus and are idiopathic. Is my doctor just confusing them with cold sores which is caused by the herpes simplex virus or does valtrex actually help cure canker sores? Its been about 2 days and I haven’t noticed any relief with it

I know this sounds weird, but when I get canker sores I sometimes get bad earaches. The worse my canker sores, the worse my earaches. I have gotten canker sores on and off for years, ever since I had kids. In the past year though I have been getting the earaches occasionally (only with the sores). My doctor didn’t seem concerned by it. I am just wondering if anyone has similar problems.
