I don’t think it’s the caffeine however because I drink tea and energy drinks and sometimes take a caffeine pill to stay alert at work and I don’t get them from those things. I haven’t drank coffee in a couple of days and the canker sores I had have gone away and no more have come in. I think there must be something in coffee besides caffeine that causes canker sores. Anyone who has any knowledge about this please let me know.
