I have what I think is a canker sore in my mouth. It is on the bottom of my mouth, and it is on the outside of my gums. It has been there for probably about 2 weeks now.

I think it is probably a result of me not brushing my teeth as I should, but what should I do to get rid of it? If I just brush my teeth will that make it go away, or are there over the counter medications? How do I get it to go away?

On the inside of my lip there is a sort of pus filled bump that has been there for nearly two weeks. Sometimes it is clear looking, in the begining it sorta looked like blood was in there, and often times it looks filled with a white pus.
It doesn’t hurt or anything.
