Canker sore, what does it mean?

    The gums lot while brushing or salty foods could also be cause anytime get them gargle warm salt water it heal faster.

    stuff like orange juice salt any thing sweet or tangy causes it dont drink or eat citrus or stuff like that that will make it go away
