Can a canker sore spread from Camex?

my friend had a canker sore on his lip and he borrowed my Camex which is supposed to get rid of canker sores. can i get a canker sore from using the same carmex?

    yes, you could as canker sores are a form of herpes, not the kind that is a venereal but still catching.

    YES, it’s oil based. Tell your friend to get some RELEEV that is how it is on tiny bottle. Tell him to put drops on his sore and try not to get it in his mouth will dry up super quick. Can get it at Walmart. Not too much. Little bottle.

    Throw that Carmex away and get another one. The blue one is best for you. Oil based products don’t relieve the sores they make them worse. I’m in health care I know.
